Mary has over 15 years experience within health and social care, Mary has her NVQ level 5 in health and social care and has been a registered manager 2 times previous.

About Us


Kays Carers are a care agency providing support and enablement in the community, we also supply care settings when they are short staffed.
Kays Carers was founded in August 2018, by Kaylie Northcott and her husband David Northcott, she decided to start the company due to witnessing lacking care standards in her 14 year career in the health care sector and decided she wanted to change things and make a difference.  


At Kays Carers we truly believe that everybody has the right to outstanding care and that everybody deserves to be treated with respect and dignity and to be cared for as if they were our own family, Kays Carers believe that continuity and good time keeping is a must missed/late visits should not be allowed to happen, our employees have adequate traveling time and are made aware of how to manage their time effectively.

All our staff are highly trained alongside the CQC guidelines and will all have obtained the care certificate within the first 3 months of employment, as we as all training,  all employees come with an I.D badge and work passport.
